Cornelis Cort
(Dutch, c. 1533 - 1578)

Dutch draughtsman and engraver. He worked in Italy from about 1536 and stayed in Venice where he was employed in the workshop of Titian. He also visited Bologna and Rome producing a number of engravings from the artists of the time.
