Frédéric Théodore Lix, aka Théodore Lix

Lix is a well known painter and illustrator, pupil of Jean-Baptiste Guérin (Strasbourg) and after of Drolling and Victor Biennoury. Exhibited at the Salon from 1859. Many of his works can be seen at the Musée d'Art moderne et contemporain, at Strasbourg (his city of birth).
