I have a painting of this work that I'm pretty sure is a reproduction; it looks like an original, but doesn't show much signs of age.
I'd like to know where the original is located, at a museum or part of a private collection and any history associated with it. I've searched this on the internet and can't seem to find information about this particular magnolia painting, except for several art reproduction sites that offer it.
I got this beautiful painting from my parent's estate. It had hung in their dining room. My mom had bought it at an estate auction in northern Indiana in 1999.
I've attached a jpg from an online source where a reproduction of this giant magnolia painting can be purchased. My painting is in a quality gold frame.
Thanks for any information you might have to share.
